The EPA's 2024 drinking water standard set maximum limits for PFOA and PFOS at 4 parts per trillion. Most municipal water systems are still working toward compliance. If PFAS removal is your priority, only NSF 53 or NSF 58 certified filters are verified to address it. Clearly Filtered is the only pitcher with this certification.

If you're on well water, in an area with unreliable municipal treatment, or want emergency backup filtration, Berkey's gravity system works without electricity or water pressure.
